What is SwapRoyale?

SwapRoyale is a fantasy trading competition app where you compete against other players using virtual money. Enter contests, trade assets with your $100,000 virtual balance, and if your portfolio outperforms others, you win real prizes.

How do I create an account?

Download SwapRoyale from the App Store and tap "Sign Up." You can create an account using your email address. We'll automatically create a secure wallet for you to receive any winnings.

Is this real trading?

No. SwapRoyale is a fantasy trading game. You trade with virtual money ($100,000 per contest). No real securities are bought or sold. However, prizes are paid out in real money (USDC) that you can withdraw.

Contests

How do contests work?

Each contest has an entry fee, a prize pool, and a time limit. Once you enter, you receive $100,000 in virtual cash to trade with. Buy and sell assets to grow your portfolio. When the contest ends, players with the highest portfolio values win prizes.

What are the trading hours?

Each asset has its own allotted trading period, which is displayed in the contest details. Some assets may be available 24/7 while others have specific trading windows.

How many trades can I make?

Each contest has a maximum number of trades (shown in the contest rules). This varies by contest - typically 5-10 for daily contests and 20 for weekly contests.

What happens if a contest doesn't fill?

If a contest doesn't reach its minimum number of entrants before the start time, the contest is cancelled and all entry fees are refunded automatically.

Prizes & Payments

How do I get paid?

Winnings are automatically deposited to your SwapRoyale wallet in USDC (a stablecoin worth $1). You can withdraw to your bank account using our cash-out feature, or transfer to an external crypto wallet.

When do I receive my winnings?

Prizes are distributed automatically within minutes after a contest ends and is finalized.

Are there any fees?

Entry fees are clearly shown before you join a contest. There are no hidden fees. When cashing out to your bank, standard payment processing fees may apply.

Account & Security

How is my account secured?

Your account is protected by industry-standard security measures. We use secure, non-custodial wallet technology - meaning only you have access to your funds.

I'm having trouble logging in.

SwapRoyale uses email verification codes to sign in. If you're not receiving your verification code, check your spam folder. If issues persist, contact us at support@swaproyale.com.

How do I delete my account?

Go to the Account tab, tap "Legal & Privacy," then tap "Delete Account." You must withdraw any funds and finish active contests first. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Availability

Where is SwapRoyale available?

SwapRoyale is available in 40 US states plus Washington DC. It is not available in Arizona, Connecticut, Hawaii, Idaho, Iowa, Louisiana, Montana, Nevada, Tennessee, or Washington due to local regulations. The app is also not available in China, India, Russia, North Korea, Pakistan, or Saudi Arabia.
